Zhentai provides aerators, water pumps, submersible pumps, gasoline water pumps, and vortex blowers for aquaculture, irrigation, drainage, water transfer, and water treatment applications.
The Surge Wave Aerator is an energy-efficient aquaculture aeration device that uses a different working principle from traditional impeller or paddle wheel systems. It is equipped with a flower-shaped spiral impeller and circular float structure, which drives water upward in a concentrated surge motion, forming a strong “boiling water” effect on the surface.
Power consumption: 300–350W (ultra-low power operation)
Impeller type: Flower-shaped spiral impeller
Float system: Circular float structure
Cooling method: Water-flow assisted motor and gearbox cooling
Application: Aquaculture aeration system
Before the operation, ensure the aerator is properly grounded according to electrical safety requirements. Use a dedicated power cable for each unit, and do not connect multiple aerators to the same line. For 1.5 kW models, a cable of at least 1.5 mm² is required; for 0.75 kW models, at least 1.0 mm² is required. Each unit must be controlled by an independent switch.
After installation, conduct a test run. Normal operation is indicated by upward water spraying. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, immediately shut down the system, inspect the circuit, and restart only after confirming safe and stable conditions.
